The Holidays!

As most of you probably already know I LOVE Christmas!! I get it from my mom, she has always made Christmas soo special! This year was just as great as its ever been! I still can't fall asleep on christmas eve an am so excited for Christmas morning, and without fail I am still up around 6 waiting for everyone else to get up so we can celebrate Christmas!! I hope I never grow out of that! We had such an amazing Christmas filled with the best family a girl could ask for, and the greatest friends!! I am so blessed!!

Happy New Year!

We're Getting hitched!

I am loving wedding planning! We have decided on an outdoor ceremony, we will be getting married in Magrath in my uncle Wade and Aunt Gloria's beautiful back yard! With a dinner and reception to follow at the magrath stake center, and then we will be having a dance at the university ballroom afterwards to celebrate! I couldn't be happier and am excited to plan more! I sure hope these next 7 months fly by!!

ENGAGED!!

    I woke up to Matt getting dressed way to early in the morning, I was half awake wondering where he was going so early, when I knew he had taken the day off for our 3 year anniversary. He saw that I was starting to wake up so he told me he had to pick up a few things and that I should go back to bed. I layed in bed for awhile but as if I could go back to sleep after that! I was wondering what the heck he was upto!! I tried my hardest to fall back to sleep but that wasn't happening so i decided to read my book, which wasn't really helping either because the whole time I was just wondering what was going on. About an hour later I heard his truck pull in the driveway I started to get butterflies but I just stayed in bed and waited for him to come inside. He walked into the bedroom holding a dozen red roses!! I was soo excited how sweet! He came over to my side of the bed and he said, he didnt get me a card because he wanted to tell me how much he loved me and how much I mean to him! (ofcourse i was crying) he got down on one knee and he had one pink rose in his hand he then asked me to marry him, ofcourse i said yes he gave me the pink rose and inside the rose was my BEAUTIFUL ring! It was the best moment of my life! It was perfect! I am such a lucky girl and I am so excited to Mrs. Smith!! I love Matt so much and I am soo excited to start planning our wedding.
